Most of us live our day-to-day life in ‘auto-pilot’, whereby our thoughts, feelings and even our movements often are predominantly left to their own devices.

Grounding Exercise

Beginner Level

Mindful Reset is a grounding exercise that aims to bring you out of your mind and into the present moment. Practicing this very simple technique can harness more focus and productivity in your day-to-day activities and with it bring more of a sense of stability. You will be less affected by the changes in the environment, and be more conscious of how you feel and the way you are approaching activities.
