Body Scan Exercise

Beginner Level

‘Scanning’ our bodies, means, placing our focus and awareness on one body part at a time. When you do, the rest of your body will fade in your mind’s eye. What we are doing here is training our attention and you will likely find that with regular practice, your efficiency in daily life progresses massively.
