Sally Bolton is a supporter of Benefits of Mindfulness and is a qualified mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) teacher. MBCT is a NICE-recommended treatment developed to reduce recurrent episodes of depression. Sally offers this 6-8 week course on a one-to-one basis or as a group. Sally also offers organisations support for their staff teams, including guided mindfulness and yoga sessions.
